Background

Person(s) destroying, damaging, or losing Division or Contractor property, either intentionally or through neglect, are responsible for the cost of Division or Contractor property. 

Procedures 

1. Acts of vandalism are best handled at the school.
2. The Superintendent expects the Principal to investigate and act on the matter to determine the nature of, cause of, responsibility for, and cost of property damage.
3. The Principal shall seek restitution.
4. The Principal shall consult with the Director of Facilities regarding costs of repairs due to vandalism.
